I am very satisfied with the kindness and attention that the seller Erick Alcántara gave me when I bought a Ford F150.

Recently purchased a bmw 540i. Great customer service and easy process. Transparent with numbers and pricing. Worked with Nate and the finance manager. Both were great and would/will do business again. They also dropped the car off to my house after purchase free of charge (Austin local).

They made the whole process pretty easy. We drove in on a Saturday afternoon to look at a vehicle we saw on the website and drove out with it a couple of hours later. No hassle, trade in taken care of, and at the price it was advertised for.

Erick Alcántara provided excellent service; he's a very pleasant person and answered all our questions. My husband and I are very grateful for his time.

Bought a truck from Jose a little over a month ago and it had been amazing. Had one issue that came up and they fixed no questions asked. 10/10 always.

This is my second time coming to Apple Sport Imports for a car purchase and it was as seamless as the first! Erick was so kind and thorough and takes out all of the unnecessary anxiety that comes with car buying. The entire team here is wonderful, down to the annual birthday cards I’ve received since my first purchase in 2020. I’m certain I’ll be back again and will share this with family and friends.

Erick and Tanner were both great. They patiently let me drive 4 different vehicles (in three different trips) while I decided what I wanted and watched their inventory. They curate their vehicles pretty well. Little bit of everything. No high pressure sales. Then, once I was sure what I wanted we settled on trade value (solid), and we did the paperwork. Not much easier than that. Fees were appropriate. Their included drivetrain warranty seems solid even though I hope I don’t need it. Will give them first shot at my future vehicle purchase and would recommend a family member check them out.

Highly recommend this dealership; it’s truly like no other! They make the deal happen for you! Warm firm welcome all around, they recommend all you need to stay protected. Great price, great service, and wonderful memories truly. Avi my man will take care of your every need, his knowledge on all the vehicles on the lot are unmatched.
