Mrs Katelyn and her assistant made the buying process at Apple Sports so much easier.I viewed hundreds of vehicle within the last year but was never satisfied with the services. The ladies at Apple Sports was excellent, although I could not do the initial test drive, my son and daughter was able to do so, and they was so welcoming.. Thanks Apple Sports P.s. I will definitely be back for a vehicle for my daughter!!

We've purchased 2 vehicles from Apple. Sales experience has been good both times, but the Finance portion (like everywhere) is always a bit tedious. Tanner was my sales rep for my purchase. He was friendly and also seemed to be a fellow enthusiast. It felt like pulling teeth with Finance to get to view the full terms of the Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) they offer. The brochure doesn't have the information I care about. It's a decent VSC and the price was cheaper than it was from other vendors for miles/term/coverage. My advice: Just print the pertinent details out and have it on hand for people like me. Save us both some time -- especially when I'm waiting my turn for the finance arena. Our cars were pretty good deals for their respective options and condition. Trade-in was a bit low-balled but not egregiously so, around $2k less than a Carvana offer. Only gripe with the car itself was the mildew odor from the AC. I replaced the cabin filters and sanitized the evap. This barely takes any time and money, so I feel they could have taken care of this before sale. It wasn't a subtle odor.

I had an excellent experience with Apple Sport starting with a referral from my good friends to owner Sam Sinno and then Katlyn who helped me with the sales side, Nate who assisted, Sarah who does the financing, and Trystan who helped Katlyn deliver to me. Recently purchased a bmw 540i. Great customer service and easy process. Transparent with numbers and pricing. Worked with Nate and the finance manager. Both were great and would/will do business again. They also dropped the car off to my house after purchase free of charge (Austin local).

They made the whole process pretty easy. We drove in on a Saturday afternoon to look at a vehicle we saw on the website and drove out with it a couple of hours later. No hassle, trade in taken care of, and at the price it was advertised for.
