Had a great experience at Apple Sports and imports. Set my appointment up a few days before and didn’t have to wait at all once I arrived to get the process started. This is the quickest I’ve ever been in a dealership, I was in and out within an hour and a half. Logan, the salesman was great and Kathy in the financial office made it easy to understand all my options. 10 out of 10 Dealership.

This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Talked to Tony Nguyen on the phone and he was very polite and definitely treated me with respect. I arrived at the dealership late and was greeted by Tony who gave me the keys to the armada and walked with me to the vehicle. He said he would have a sales person come out to meet me. Evelyn Cardona walked up and introduced herself. She was very polite and asked if I wanted to drive the vehicle. We got in the vehicle drove for a little while. She was very friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable. We got back to the dealership and was escorted to Tony’s office. As he was working on the computer we were talking like we were old friends. I had decided then that this would be the only dealership that I will use from now on. Tony worked a great deal and was very impressed with him. I went to Sarah Rambow’s office and was treated very well. She talked to me like we were friends as we went thru the paperwork. I was very impressed that they stayed late to complete the deal. All three made me feel very comfortable and did not do the well I need to my manager. The experience was the best I have ever had and like I said, this will be my dealership from now on even though it is a 2 1/2 hour drive. Thank you or the best car buying experience I have ever had.
